Detect in minutes, respond within policy, protect what keeps you running.

An AI fusion platform for security operations centres in banks, public institutions, critical infrastructure operators and defence, similar in approach to CyberPro. Agents correlate SIEM, EDR, NDR, WAF, identity and OT signals into incidents, assess the impact on critical services — payments, citizen services, OT, missions — and propose courses of action. Urgent countermeasures run under pre-approved playbooks (ROE); everything else waits for a human decision.

Concept animation with synthetic data and fictional threat actors. Critical mission systems sit behind authentication, protection and segmentation layers, with an air-gapped C2. A cyber-trained AI engine correlates the signals; the graduated response runs within policy, and steps with business or mission impact need the incident lead. The scenario shown is defence; the same platform runs in banking, public sector and critical infrastructure. Results shown are from prior delivery.

Defence in depth

Layers around what matters most.

Whether it is a bank's payment chain, a ministry's registries, a grid operator's control room or a mission network, the pattern is the same: verify everything, protect every layer, isolate the core.

CRITICAL CORE ISOLATED CORE PLATFORMPAYMENTSCHANNELSOT / SCADADATAIDENTITY
  1. Zero-trust boundary

Every request is verified — identity, device and context — before anything is trusted.

  2. Authentication

MFA, PKI and device posture checks; a stolen password alone does not get in.

  3. Protection

EDR, encryption and DLP on every system that holds critical data.

  4. Segmentation & monitoring

Micro-segments contain lateral movement; every flow feeds the fusion engine.

  5. Critical systems

Core banking and payments, citizen registries, OT/SCADA, C2 and ISR, data and identity — fitted together like a puzzle.

  6. Isolated core

The most critical system — a core ledger or payment HSM, a SCADA master, a C2 — has no internet route; data reaches it only through a one-way diode.

Where it runs

One platform, every critical sector.

Banking & payments

Core banking, card and instant payments, SWIFT and trading protected as critical business services; fraud and cyber signals fused.

DORA · NIS2 · PSD2 · SWIFT CSP · TIBER-EU · PCI DSS

Public sector

Citizen registries, e-government portals and inter-agency data exchange kept available and trustworthy.

NIS2 · GDPR · eIDAS · national CERT

Critical infrastructure

Energy, water and transport control rooms: IT and OT/SCADA signals correlated without touching safety systems.

NIS2 · IEC 62443 · CER Directive

Telecom & cloud

Core network, signalling and customer platforms; DDoS and fraud handled within agreed playbooks.

NIS2 · EECC · ISO 27001

Healthcare

Hospital systems, medical devices and health records kept running through ransomware and outages.

NIS2 · GDPR · ISO 27799

Defence & security

Mission networks, classified domains and cross-domain policy, with rules of engagement and an air-gapped C2.

NATO · STANAG · national accreditation
Governed response

Graduated — least impact first.

Containment inside the rules of engagement runs automatically. Steps with business or mission impact wait for the incident lead — CISO, duty manager or Incident Commander — under the two-person rule. Every action lands in the hash-chained audit log.

Architecture

Core design themes.

01

Recognised cyber picture

One shared view of incidents, sensor events and mission health — fully, partially or not mission capable — for analysts and commanders.

02

Agentic fusion

Triage, enrichment, correlation, risk and course-of-action agents turn thousands of events into a handful of explained incidents mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.

03

Governed response

Containment within the rules of engagement runs automatically; actions with mission impact or on high-side and OT assets need the Incident Commander. Urgent countermeasures are logged for post-hoc review.

04

Exercise and assurance

A built-in cyber range runs red-team versus blue-team scenarios against the same mission terrain, with EXCON injects and after-action reports; a control-validation test confirms detections actually fire.

05

People and footprint

A security-awareness lab tests how staff respond to classic attacks and auto-enrols them in training, while internet and dark-web monitoring watches the organisation’s footprint and compromise announcements.

Customisation workflow

From signal to lesson learned.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Events from SIEM, EDR, NDR, WAF, identity, mail, DNS and OT sensors are normalised into one schema and de-duplicated.

  2. 02

    Enrich

Agents add threat intelligence, asset criticality, key-terrain status and identity context.

  3. 03

    Correlate

Signals are joined by host, identity, time window and ATT&CK sequence into explained incidents.

  4. 04

    Assess

Risk and mission impact are scored with visible factors and weights.

  5. 05

    Propose

Courses of action are ranked by effect and mission cost; the ones within ROE can run automatically.

  6. 06

    Decide

The Incident Commander approves, rejects or escalates; urgent countermeasures follow emergency ROE.

  7. 07

    Verify

Integrity checks, WAF replay and monitoring confirm the effect; every step goes into the hash-chained audit log.

  8. 08

    Exercise & learn

Cyber-range runs and after-action reports feed new detections, playbooks and controls.

Customisation

What can be tailored.

Capabilities

What it delivers.

Detect & correlate

  • Correlation of SIEM, EDR, NDR, DLP, WAF, identity, DNS and OT events into explained incidents
  • Explainable traffic-legitimacy scoring and animated route tracing across the internet and TOR
  • External footprint and dark-web monitoring: exposed services, look-alike domains, leaked credentials and compromise announcements
  • Threat-advisory triage: vendor and international alerts matched to the estate, with risk calculation and a recommended implementation mode

Decide & respond

  • Mission-impact model on key cyber terrain, showing the cost of each countermeasure before it runs
  • Courses of action and urgent countermeasures with approval workflow, two-person rule and emergency ROE
  • WAF rule proposals from live traffic, replayed for coverage and false positives before enforcement
  • Notification and alarming to a NOC watch floor, on-call, ITSM, ChatOps, e-mail/SMS and the SIEM/SOAR, with integrations to the tools the SOC already runs

Assure & exercise

  • Zero-Trust posture board (CISA pillars) and a control-validation test that fires safe, ATT&CK-mapped probes to confirm detections fire
  • File-integrity monitoring and checksum creation (SHA-256/384/512) against signed baselines
  • Red / blue cyber range with adversary emulation, white-cell injects and lessons identified
  • Security-awareness lab: safe simulation of phishing, infected PDFs, macro attachments, USB baiting and vishing, with automatic team training

Report & reason

  • Customised data model, with reasoning on a sovereign model or a commercial LLM such as Claude through a governed gateway
  • Cyber SITREPs and after-action reports generated from a tamper-evident audit chain

Questions

About this project.

Is this CyberPro?

No. It is a separate PiR2-IT product, similar in approach to CyberPro and built on the same delivery experience: AI-driven correlation, traceable decisions and human authority over consequential actions.

Can the platform act on its own?

Only within the rules of engagement you set: autonomy level, minimum risk score and maximum mission impact. Actions on mission, high-side or OT assets follow a two-person rule. Urgent countermeasures can run under emergency ROE and are flagged for post-hoc review.

Does it replace our SIEM or SOAR?

No. It sits on top of existing SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, WAF and threat-intelligence platforms and orchestrates them through governed connectors.

Can it run on classified or air-gapped networks?

Yes. Models and data stay inside the security domain; there are no external calls from classified enclaves.

What does the cyber range do?

It runs red-team versus blue-team scenarios — state-aligned APT, ransomware affiliate, insider — against the same mission terrain, with white-cell injects, reproducible seeds and after-action reports.

Can I try it?

Yes. An interactive demo on synthetic data runs at cyber.pir2-it.com. Briefings on real deployments and demonstrations on your own environment are available under NDA.
