Each statement is scored from 0 (not in place) to 3 (managed and evidenced). Each dimension is shown as a percentage, and the overall score is their average: Initial below 25, Developing 25–49, Defined 50–74 and Managed 75 and above. The weakest dimension determines the suggested first engagement, because that is where a first step creates the most leverage.

Who is the diagnostic for?
Programme sponsors, CIOs, CISOs and AI leads in banking, public sector, defence and other regulated environments who want a quick, honest read of their programme's control posture.
Is it aligned with the EU AI Act?

What happens after I get my score?
You can discuss the result through the engagement intake. A first engagement usually targets the weakest dimension with an architecture review, a security review, an AI governance pack or a delivery governance reset.
